Overview

EDGE Advertising is a mobile app for authorized EDGE field employees and supervisors. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the app (Android package com.edge.kenesak).

This app is not intended for the general public. Access is limited to accounts created by your employer.

Information we collect

• Account information: work email address, name, team/role metadata, and profile details provided by your employer.
• Location data: GPS coordinates during check-in, check-out, and field activities to verify outlet visits.
• Photos and files: images attached to check-in, leave requests, activity requests, stock counts, and related workflows.
• Work activity data: attendance, route plans, stock submissions, sales reports, activation records, and leave records synced to our backend.
• Device and app diagnostics: standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• Verify attendance and outlet visits.
• Support daily field operations, stock loading, sales reporting, and leave workflows.
• Sync data with the EDGE admin portal for supervisors and HR.
• Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your personal information. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) and is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

Your employer and authorized EDGE administrators may access work records tied to your account. Service providers that host our infrastructure may process data solely to operate the service.

Your choices and deletion

Many data fields are required for the app to function as an employee tool. To request deletion of your account and associated data, follow the steps on our Delete data page.
